Bought a 2004 f150 stx with the 4.6 in it.... had lifter noise replaced lifters and went bad within 20miles....took valve cover off and let it run only back of the head is getting oil....WHERE are the oil ports and how many are there suppose to be on this truck? i find 3 big holes on the bottom of the block but think there jsut drain holes....but cant find where the oil is suppose to come in at.... PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!

Ford forgot to drill some engines and their covered under warranty. Call your dealer and ask about this problem. Ask for any service bulletin. Also visit your local machine shop they will give you good information.
