I have a 1998 4.3 4 wheel drive blazer, it has a noise coming out of the front end, the noise starts as a low pitched noise and increases in pitch with speed or rpm's. If I take my foot off the gas the noise decreases as the vehicle slows. The vehicle run great in every other respect. any help would be greatly apprciated.

Check wheel bearings.
Going straight down the road 40-45 mph turn the steering a little to the left or right.
If noise changes 9 out of 10 times it is a bad wheel bearing.
Other test is jack up front eng and feel for play in bearimg or spin wheels and listen and feel for rough bearing.
Post back what you find and what the test tell you.

MT-2500. You were right on the money, it was the front passenger side bearing/hub assembly, I had tires plus do it and in true fashion, they recommended several other repairs, ($$$$$) But with the help of this sight I think I will be able to do most of them myself. Thanks:licka:

You are welcome and thanks for posting back how it went and the fix.
Did they tell you what test they did to find it?
Good luck
