If any has access to service bulletins, I'm looking for 01-08-67-001 Roof rack replacement keys. I bought a 2000, but they didn't have the key for the roof rack locks.

Here's the text from the bulletin which is dated March 2001, so this information may be outdated:

A customer may come to your dealership to inquire
about a replacement key for their locking roof rack
cross rails, supplied as original equipment. Mont
Blanc, the supplier of the cross rails, has agreed to
supply a limited number of replacement keys at no
charge if a request is e-mailed to them at:
info@ montblanc.se
To get the correct replacement key, be sure to include the two digit lock code found on the face of the lock
cylinder along with the address where to mail the
replacement key.

UPDATE:

I emailed the address in the service bulletin, but didn't get any response. I did manage to order a key from Mont Blanc's U.S. distributor; Perrycraft 800-777-7081.
