Have the red LED indicator lighting up when the switch is set to on, but CC will not engage at any speed. I have the GM standard problem with the fan resistor pack failing and haven't replaced that yet, but see no other issues..suggestions, especially via email, greatly appreciated.

Take a close look at the CC unit and see if the cable is not twisted.
