94 Camry radio's display and button lights outcjstew4 08-27-2008, 04:29 PM Is this due to a fuse being out, or do I need to pull the radio out and replace some bulbs, etc? thanks somick 08-27-2008, 06:42 PM I would start with fuses but considering the age of the vehicle it could be a bulb as well. Sam inafogg 08-27-2008, 06:51 PM outside of checking dimmer swith i'd say its internal & pull the radio Daniel M. Dreifus 08-27-2008, 07:11 PM Is this due to a fuse being out, or do I need to pull the radio out and replace some bulbs, etc? thanks I finally replaced the '94 radio with an Alpine unit from Crutchfield.com - plays CDs and MP3s and sounds really good even with the stock speakers. Use it all the time. IMHO, the radio was a weak spot. First the cassette portion stopped working. Then I tried adding a Toyota CD player to the stock unit, and they failed after a time also. The new unit fits right in and is a significant improvement. Very nice to have CD player and the Alpine is first rate for a reasonable price. I have no personal connection here, just really appreciate the unit. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
