can Dexcool make still the seals broken?
Or its better when I change the fluid to fill in the green fluid?

Never had a problem with it. I use it in my 1999 LTZ, Avalance and Sky. The only thing I use in green is on the old Astro.

If your vehicle came with Dex Cool from the factory, it's best to keep using it. here is a link with info and a good reason to continue using it:http://free-auto-repair-advice.blogspot.com/search/label/Dex-Cool . I've used it in a few of my GM vehicles without any issues. As long as it's properly maintained it should give you a good service life.
