B1342 = Anti-Lock Brake Control Module Failure
INSTALL a new Anti-lock brake control module.
REFER to Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Module.
REPEAT the self-test.

B1485 = Brake Pedal Position (BPP) Switch Circuit Failure
IGNORE the DTC. This DTC Applies Only to Traction Control Vehicle.

B1676 = Battery Voltage Out Of Range
Anti-Lock Brake Control Module
Go to Pinpoint Test B

C1095 = Hydraulic Pump Motor Circuit Failure
Anti-Lock Brake Control Module
Go to Pinpoint Test E.

Seems like you should start with the battery, since the vehicle's over 5 years old, replace the battery if it still has the original battery. Check the condition of the starting system while you're at it. Clear the codes and see if they come back.

Have you checked to see if the ABS actually works, and checked the fuses for the system?

The pinpoint tests are the tests in the service manual detailing how to validate the code and problem. They are too long to post on the forum. If you'd like a PDF of the diagnostic procedure, send me a private message with the request AND an e-mail address that can accept PDF attachments.
