My traction control sensor must be gradually going bad as I hardly have to step on the gas from dead a stop to set it off now. It has gotten progressively worse over 6 mo. The brake warning light and the chime go on until you let off the gas, even with the traction control disabled it will happen now...

Is there an easy way to disable the chime at least so I don't have to listen to that? I still want a working taction control for winter of course... Is there just a sensor somewhere that has gone bad that I can possibly repair or replace?
