Hi boys and girls...I'm a newbie here. I wanted to find out if I can bring a car from the US to the Philippines and where can I go to find what the rules are?

It's possible, but I've heard the import taxes are horrendous. Much of the info on the Internet seems to be outdated, so I would contact US Customs and inquire as to the procedures, forms and fees required to do what you want to do.

The Philippines will make you pay taxes for sure. Instead of U.S. customs, you should probably contact the Philippine consulate or embassy near you for importing/customs procedures. You may also want to take into consideration the shipping costs (they aren't cheap).
