Does anyone know of a software program whereby you can create/edit your own gauge faces?

I know there are sights that will charge you and print out the faces themselves.... but I want to create and print out my own.

Any help is appreciated.

I read someone scanned their gauge face and then edited it on their computer.

Printed or silk screened? DIfferent types require different workmanship.
