But the passenager wont roll down by the switch it will roll up by it though! the only way I can roll the passenger side down is if I stick a wire from the battery to it to get it to roll down. Does anyone know what it could be or know what it is and how to fix it? please let me know Im burning up it is summer time now please thanks you. P.S If no one knows does someone know how to buy pass it to make it work? All the years of opening and closing it have caused fatigue breaks in the wires running through the rubber cover. Sometimes you can pinch/roll the harness with your fingers and this will make the broken ends contact enough to roll it up. Repair will consist of removing the harness and splicing new wire sections in that area...there will likely be more than one that is broken or almost broken. Try to use the same gauge and wire type, stagger the splice ends to prevent that part of the loom from becoming too thick to pull back through the holes, and wrap the area underneath the rubber with extra vinyl tape to give it extra support. If too many are broke, you can try to find a used harness from a junkyard/used parts yard, but I'd inspect it beforehand...it will likely be fatigued as well just because Camrys last so long.
