Wheels/tires for a 90 Civic Sedan

I just lowered my 1990 Honda Civic EX (sedan) and I was wondering what size wheels/tires to get. I was thinking of getting 16" wheels.

Luke, thanks for the help. A local tire store had a special on wheels, but the offset was 38mm. Would that work?
