Where is a air-bleeder plug on a 4 cyl Camry. I want to put in a new fan switch, drain and flush the radiator, etc. If it's seized or stuck I don't want to touch it.

Is there a quick 'n' easy way to drain, flush and refill w/o messing with the plug?

I believe there is a block drain plug, located on the firewall side of the engine. It's a PITA to get to and has generally yielded very little additional drainage. It may be worth it if you're going to just drain and refill (you'll want to poke a small screwdriver or awl in there to knock away any deposits blocking the drain hole). But if you're going to flush it, I see no reason to bother with it since you'll be flushing out all the old coolant anyways. Also make sure the heater temp knob is set all the way hot to fully open the valve to the heater core prior to draining & flushing.

There is no "air bleed plug" that you ask for on the 5s-fe. The radiator cap is more or less the high point in the system, though an air bubble will form in the upper radiator hose. Fill the system with 50/50, run the car to normal temp then shut it off. Let it cool enough to remove the cap. Then press down on the upper hose to move the air back into the radiator then squeeze the hose (you should see bubbles as you press down and the level rise when you squeeze). Refill and repeat until the squeezing only results in changing the coolant level in the radiator. Top off, cap, and refill the overflow tank.

Finally, double check your coolant after driving for a bit to make sure the radiator flush hasn't caused a leak between the coolant and transmission fluid...an oily sheen floating on top of the surface will be an indicator. Good luck!
