I am doing a coolant flush on my 99' JGC 4.7 L V8 can anybody tell me where the coolant drain plug is for the engine block on the 4.7 motor, also can anybody tell me exactly how much coolant it shoud take to fill my system completly?

1999-2000: 13.0 qts. (including 2.3 qts. for reservoir)
2001-2004: 14.5 qts. (including 1 qt. for reservoir)

The bleed plug is located on top, near the upper hose inlet where it connects to the block.
