I have a 1995 jeep grand cherokee limited; when I got the jeep it did not come with the keyless entry transmitter. I plan on buying one soon. But my question is; under the hood there is a sticker that says this vehicle is equipped with remote start up. I have not read anywhere that 1995 jeeps comes stock with keyless starting; did any 95 jeeps come with this stock?

no ZJ came with Remote Starter from the factory, someone must have installed on in it before you got it.
