2001 grand am se V6 resonator???

where is the resonator on the V6 2001 grand am ?? i don't know which one is the cat from the resonator because certain cars are different and i wanted to which one it is so i can just cut it off and just put a pipe to make my super 44 flowmaster sound louder on my 2001 grand am V6.

THe Cat converter is in front, the resonator is after the flange and O2 sensor.
