I did a couple of highway pulls with a friend of mine tonight. I thought he was going to walk away from me because he's running more boost on essentially the same turbo, but it ended up being pretty close!!

The first run was a 60mph roll, the second run was a 40mph roll.

Nice runs, I love close races like that. Hurry up and get something better than a "conservative" tune.

Nice, whats the curb weight of the all-trac?

Stock is 3200 lbs, but I'm sure mine is in the 2,9xx lb range.

Damn close race! What kind of power are you expecting to pull from the All-trac anyway?

When I get another wastegate spring and do some tuning, I should do around 350awhp on this turbo. I'm also going to try running E85 and see if I can squeeze out a little more power.

I'm looking at getting something around the size of a GT35R in the future. I want to make around 450-500awhp on pump gas. That's my goal.

As much as I despise it, tuning for E85 is a great idea.

Very nice!

I was on Autotrader the other day and saw an Alltrac for sale. It was in great condition and I don't know what the going rate is for a nice one but he wanted $10k. If I didn't have two projects already I'd have bought it in a heartbeat.

$10000 is what the Toyota Celica All-trac will be worth after five more years of appeciation. You must not have seen the one in the San Antonio, Texas area Autotrader and internet. I picked it up for $3700 from Cash Cars in San Antonio 3 weeks ago. 1990 Toyota Celica all-trac turbo, 123k miles, white, superb condition, clean carfax everything including the lumbar works!
I am a car dealer and I stumbled upon the ad on the internet. I receive emails whenever certain cars come up for auction nationwide. I was alerted of a 1991 Toyota Celica all-trac turbo which was coming up for auction in Pennsylvania at a dealer auction. I was at my female friend's house using her computer internet. I was in disbelief that one finally came up for auction
for the first time since I became a car dealer 3 years ago. In my mind I was finally going to get an all-trac. I was planning on bidding on the car up to $6000 in the live online simulcast for Manheim Pennsylvania Auto auction. My friend was like "what is so special about this Celica?"
So I then did a quick google search for "Celica all-trac" and came upon a website that had another one for sale! I showed her the pictures of the car and she was quite impressed. Then I realized the car was only a few miles from her house! Even though it was 4am I got in my 98 Celica Convertible and went to check it out immediately. I could not believe my eyes when I saw it sitting on the lot of Cash Cars on Pat Booker rd. I decided immediately that was my car.
I was so ecstatic that I did not go to sleep, I waited until they opened and I went back and negotiated the sale. I got it for $3700 and a full gas tank. The dealership left the receipt from the auction they bought the car from so I knew they paid only $3040 at an auction in central TX. All this was on a Thursday about 3 weeks ago and during torrential rain from the remnants of Hurricane Dolly. They did not realize that the had a diamond in the ruff, I know this because they could not even tell me whether it was an auto transmission or a manual. All All-tracs came with a 5-spd stick.
So 3 weeks later and after embarrassing 7th generation Celicas, honda vtecs, elantra gt's (although that Hyundai Elantra GT was very surprisingly quick) and even pulling away from a Vanilla Ice style Ford Mustang 5.0 on the 410east to I10west ramp, I am on cloud 9 with this car. I don't even drive my other cars much anymore. I love this car and it is the perfect stablemate for my 1994 Toyota Supra Turbo and 1995 BMW M3.
All I need now is to get a 1991-1995 Toyota MR2 Turbo to complete my "Toyota Trifecta".
Anyway, offer the guy $6500 for his all-trac and pray he takes it.
By the way, the 1991 Toyota Celica All-trac in Pennsylvania had 112k miles and sold at the dealer auction for $7200

I'll trade you a Mazdaspeed3 for that E36. What you have done to it?

I assume this (http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ct=u&car_id=248749516&dealer_id=57599477&car_year=1991&model=CELICA&num_records=25&systime=&make2=&highlightFirstMakeModel=&start_year=1990&keywordsfyc=&keywordsfyc=&keywordsrep=&keywordsrep=&engine=&certified=&body_code=0&fuel=&awsp=false&search_type=both&distance=0&marketZipError=false&search_lang=en&showZipError=n&make=TOYOTA&keywords_display=&color=&page_location=findacar%3A%3Aispsearchform&min_price=&drive=&default_sort=priceDESC&max_mileage=&style_flag=1&sort_type=priceDESC&address=84004&advanced=&end_year=1995&doors=&transmission=&max_price=&cardist=1819) was the one in PA?

I'd love to have one, then again I'd love to have a lot of cars.
