car (http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=259367#) was pulling to the right and had abnormal tire wear so i took it to the shop.

still pulls to the right like before. left front tire has abnormal wear but rotated to the rear. got home and checked tire pressure

right front = 23 psi
left front = 25 psi
right rear = 25 psi
left rear = 25 psi



any ideas/help?

Upper or lower control arm bushings, wheel bearing, (Althought I doubt most shops would align it if it had a bad bearing.) Stabalizer, Rocker arm, check the suspension. I would also pull the front tires off and check the brakes. You could have a caliper on the right side binding up. Check the pads for uneven wear.

If it was set with the tire pressures in your post the shop didn't do the job correctly. Both front tires should have the same pressure when performing an alignment.

Try airing up the RF tire to the same pressure as the left. If that doesn't correct the problem switch the front tires side to side, if the pull moves with the tire you have a tire problem. If it still pulls to the right take it back to the alignment shop.

i agree flash the align shop should have set the air pressure before doing the alignment.does'nt say much about the tech.doing the repair!!!

Why so low on tire pressure?!! This will allow for sidewall flex and any bump, groove, rut or slant of the road will cause the pulling. Sure 23 lbs will give you a softer but unsafe ride.
What is the mileage? Unless something is broken doubt that wear on an 02 is going to be an issue until 80k+
Most likely it will be the opposite brake caliper binding and not allowing engagement.
On a cold start in the morning lightly apply your brakes then after two blocks of driving take a thermal reading directly off the rotor, (use an infrared or “non-touch meter) both rotors should be reading the same temperature, if they are not then the cooler rotor has a caliper obstruction.
