Overheatingjonnyblazer77 07-21-2008, 02:18 PM I have a 99' JGC Limited and it has been running way to hot, I had the fan clutch replaced and that helped a little but if I am pulling my boat 900 lbs on a 80 degree day it will overheat for shure. It has been doing this for a couple months now this weekend I dont know if this pertains or not the fan for the heater stoped working and my friend(sitting shotgun) started getting cold water dripping on her feet and I smelled it and it was not coolant. Any help would be great. dksob81 07-21-2008, 05:44 PM well the water dripping on her feet is because of a clogged HVAC (a/c drain) housing. The overheating could be from a few things, Bad T-Stat (stuck closed) water pump shot (fins could be rotted away) or many other possibilities. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
