This is a familiar topic. hb4bama 07-22-2008, 01:07 PM i have tried and can't find anything Mike Gerber 07-22-2008, 02:39 PM Check the loom of wires inside the trunk by the driver's side trunk hinge. Open up that loom of wires and look for frayed or broken wires inside there, and repair as necessary. Many times the wires inside there fray and break, due to all the flexing that loom is exposed to as the trunk is opened and closed over the years. I believe this is covered in the Frequently Asked Questions section thread posted at the top of this forum. Mike Hungrycat7 07-22-2008, 09:33 PM I hope bulbs and fuses got checked first jdmccright 07-24-2008, 10:48 AM If all this turns up nothing, then turn attention to the brake light failure box, usually located near the rear left wheel well....under the deck and covering. These have been known to fail as well. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
