Headlight and grill swap

Does anyone know wether or not the mounts for the headlights and grille are the same on a 98 Rodeo and a 00 Rodeo. I absolutely hate the lackluster light output from the refracted lenses on my 98. I would really like to have the higher light output from the clear lens and free form factor design of the 00 and newer headlights on my vehicle. Is this a possibility? Thanks ahead of time for any information you can give me.

The headlight buckets will bolt up. Then you need to either trim the original grill to fit the shape of the '00+ lights or replace the grill, corner lights, and bumper with '00+ parts. The grill wont directly swap because it dips down in the center where the '98/'99 grill is mostly straight across. As far as I know the grill mounting points are the same.
