Does anybody know how to programmed a keyless remote on a 2008 Tacoma? I loss one of the original remote and I bought a replacement from EBay.

I know it has to do with the alarm button and the remote...the Toyota parts guy did mine in maybe 20 seconds so it's really easy but he did it so fast I couldn't see how.
