97 Blazer Horn Not Working....

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has encountered this issue with a 97 4x4 Blazer.
Horn isn't working.....

*I've checked the following:
*Actual horns under the hood....they honk when you run a dummy wire to the battery....those are good.
*Replaced the relay in the glove box.....
*When I press the horn button on the wheel, I can hear the relay click, so I know it's not a horn button issue.
*It seems to be something goofy between the relay and the actual horns....

Any ideas??

Can you blow the horn from horn wire at relay?
Will grounding the horn button wire at relay blow horn?
Swap out relay

Did you try to run a jumper wire from the relay to the horn? For stuff like this I have a 20 foot jumper in my tool box to test out circuits this way you can find if the wire from the relay to the horn is shorted
