Hi,

While the removal of the front bumper on my '95 ford windstar 3.8L seems to be relatively simple task I can not see to figure out the following:

I follow the Chiltons repair manual and in section 11-8 they talk about what screws need to be unscrewed. I can not seem to locate the reitaining screws that are supposedly behind the splash shield. I am including a pic of that page. Can somebody suggest where exactly are those retaining screws?? I can not figure it out from the picture as it contains no good reference feature that I could use.
