Does anyone know how to adjust the headlight aim on this car?

I found this question on wiki.answers.com
"How do you adjust the headlights on a 1999 mitsubishi mirage?" the answer shown was:
"with a small punch and hammer" huh? Maybe I'm just out of the loop, but I've always adjusted headlights with a screwdriver. I can't even find the adjusters on this thing...
