Replace rear calipers and rotors both sides! HELP

Total newbie here, I work 40+ job so I dont have the time to hunt down a repair manual. Not looking for a step by step. Just if anyone knows where I can get an online repair instructions for this job I'd appriciate it. Post a direct link if possible. I do have a lot of questions about the rear brakes but, maybe another time when I have more time to write. But most relavent issue/s is/are:

Are the rear calipers the "screw" type calipers or just normal in/out pistons??

and

Do I absolutly have to have the parking brake cable attached for a temp fix until I can get some new cables??

if it's a 97up the calipers are srew type.
