I have a set of rims that are 5x4.5 that i am trying to sell. The only info i have on them is what is listed on the box. I originally bought them for my Diamante but have decided to sell them instead.
I know they will fit my car but when i listed them on craigslist most of the email ive gotten have said they are looking for something like 5x100, i can't find this info anywhere on the boxes or the actual wheel labels. This is the only info i have on them,
Wheel Size 17x8
Bolt Pattern 5 on 4.5
Offset +25mm

4.5 is the American standard measurement.
Take the 4.5 and multiply it by 25.4 to get the metric and you have 114.3
So, your wheel's bolt pattern is 5x114.3
5x100 is becoming pretty common on Japanese made vehicles, most Subarus use this bolt pattern and a few Toyotas do.
BTW, 5 is the number of lugs and the 4.5 refers to the PCD of the bolt pattern.
