aftermarket stereonkryptid 07-07-2008, 04:47 PM hey all, I just got a 2000 Concorde LXI in place of my previous 1999 Grand Voyager after the tranny decided to break for no reason. anyway, I had my Panasonic CQ-C7113U (manual: http://www.manualshark.org/manualshark/files/24/pdf_16469.pdf) installed in it, and it worked awesome. I now want to switch it into my concorde. I have a couple questions before I proceed. 1)can anyone point me to or give me directions as to how to remove the centre part of the dash so I can actually get the unit in there. I searched the forums and couldn't find a guide. I also have no owners manual for it, or I'd check there (can't find one online either) 2)does anyone know if the mounting kit I have for the wires will work with the concorde? it was on a 1998 neon, then the 1999 voyager, and it had the same wiring kit for both. I also still have the large mount around the deck because of the van's oversized stereo in case I'll need it still. 3)What on Earth do I do with the CD changer thats below? can I leave it in there non functioning so I don't have a big hole? or can I get a bay/face cover or something? 4) any other tips or tricks anyone knows of would be appreciated. as I don't want to mess up any of the electronics in there, like the climate control. thanks in advance inkslinger00743 08-12-2008, 06:04 PM it just pops off. no screws or anything just grab it it and pull it off inkslinger00743 08-12-2008, 06:05 PM hook the changer to your deck you can buy a cable to do that with if It has a changer control vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
