88d21z24 reborn to 86v63.0 King cab

We have given birth today to a solid framed 86 v63.0. The new child will run, but I am having a few problems with the ilde and setting the correct timing. Codes are 12, 21, 31. I have checked all vacuum lines and all but a few of the harder to reach elements for resistance and outputs. All seem to be on spec, but the timing mark that runs best is way out and the ilde is all over the place. Coil res reads correct, but I ahve no way to test the power transistor. I will be working on the Air flow meter this weekend.

Any other ideas??

By the way, I have the old 1988 z24 motor block, 5 speed trany, and ecu if anyone wants to inquire.
