Dellorto duel 45's run for a minute and stalls

duel dellorto's start and iddle fine for approx a minute than shuts off similar to a lack of fuel. Took both carbs down and they seemed fine. Did not blow out. What coul possibly causing this problem. Holly blue pump with regulator. See through filter also checked.
