I just purchased a 96 caprice for my teenage son. The tail lights won't turn on at all. No burned out fuse. Also the turn signals dont seem to work-although after i pulled the fuse to check it, after i replaced it the signal worked momentarily. Hazards work al the way around.:banghead:
