Is there anywhere i can buy the fastners or should i use self taping screws? Also if im using self fastners screws where should i drill the screws into? Any help is appreciated thanks vanilla gorilla 07-04-2008, 01:40 AM You should just be able to use the bolts that came on the car. There should be no drilling, self tapping screws or anything. david-b 07-05-2008, 06:00 PM If the nuts inside the fender are rusted, stripped, or the bolt breaks off inside you can do what I did and drill new holes in the bumper and the fender (lining up of course) and then use new stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers. Just double check everything before drilling. You do have to take off the bumper and fenders to drill properly. david-b 07-05-2008, 06:00 PM If the nuts inside the fender are rusted, stripped, or the bolt breaks off inside you can do what I did and drill new holes in the bumper and the fender (lining up of course) and then use new stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers.
