99 Malibu: The display panel for my stock radio is slowly giving up. First the 2,5,8 buttons didn't light up. Now, the 1,4,7 lights don't light up either. Can the printed circuit board be removed/replaced without removing/replacing the radio?

Yes, I belive so. But best bet is to replace that crappy radio altogether with one of your choice.
