Nice car! The manufacturer is 'Sunbeam', (part of the Rootes Group) the model is 'Alpine' therefore, "Sunbeam Alpine" Look here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunbeam_Alpine) for basic info. That is an early 'Series IV' Sunbeam, made 1965 to 1968. They are quite rare, apparently, only 19,122 were made worldwide over 4 years. This is a very low number for any mass produced car. There may only be a handful surviving in the US now. Check out this site for more info: http://www.saoc.demon.co.uk/ Also, if possible, check out Hemmings Motor News for values or asking prices for recently sold cars. IMO your car is quite the treasure. It looks like a good, solid restorable example of a fairly rare sports car. Most car enthusiasts only dream of the opportunity you have here. Despite the rarity of the car, your car probably will cost more to restore than it would sell for after restoration. However, it looks to be in fundamentally good rust-free condition and quite complete. As a restoration, it would be comparatively easy and fun to do, if you enjoy that kind of thing. IMO you car, as-is is probably worth approx. $2000 (less if its not complete, ie, missing the front bumper.) A good solid driver, which still needs some cosmetics is about $5000 - 10,000. A perfect example is probably $15 - 20 k, tops. BTW the Series IV car like yours was used for a time in the opening credits of the Get Smart TV series. A version was made with a small block Ford engine (260 & 289 cid) called a Sunbeam Tiger. These are worth much more than the 4 cyl version.
