Well, I havnt poested here in a while (360 challenge spider about 8 months ago) so i figured i would post some progress on the detailing of my 1/12 enzo ferrari. I picked this up about a year and a half ago on eBay for about 150 bucks which was pretty good since I havnt seen them for under 350 again. Anyways, I have always been kinda dissapointed in the detail and alot of the carbon not being true to the actual car. So I took it apart the best I could without majorly breaking something and have added a few things here and there to help make it not look so much like a toy.

Exhaust and key stock super duper Chrome and very unrealistic.

Painted and weathered. tried to match the look from the pics on the SMS detail CD. Did the key up like the real ferrari keys.

don't know how much work you want to do on it, but that huge seams in the center of the engineblock is realy ugly. The rest already looks much better than the stock version.

Thanks guys! yeah i didnt want to get to crazy because if I break something theres like 0 chance of replacement, and the mold lines get covered by the heat shield and suspension so you cant really see it. I need to order more 1/12 CF to do the doors and hood and rear engine cover.

Well im working on the rest of it so i dont have any pics of the entire car yet beacuse i havtn really done much, but ill get some up soon when i get the 3 sheets of CF i ordered this week. polinesiano: nice work on the enzo, thats not the tamiya kit is it? What kind of carbon decals did you use? or did you upgrade any of the carbon?

No it isn't Tamiya but it's a clone of it in 1/10 scale (very big :rofl: ).
It's made DeA only for Italy :biggrin: .

off the edge dude post um up I wanna see, this threads kinda all over the place anyways :) I did the sides and front black and the top grills carbon fiber with the holes painted red so it looks red from angles but CF from head on. Also put CF where the stickers and all that were on the back.

ok slownlow32tl heres one of the xbox's im working on. I used bondo to get rid of the xbox 360 logo thing on the case and put bondo on the back were the stickers were. Also i made that very custom and slick faceplate, its only for looks since there are no buttons but I dont think you would need stinkin buttons :rofl: . Any ?'s Ill happily answer them. oh and by the way its not done polished or anything because the paint is still to fresh.

this is the bottom and in case you dont notice its going to be the opposite of the top red black then red oppossed to the tops black red black.
