Fan Motor not working on low and low/medium

The blower motor isn't working right and i figure there must be a resistor bank somewhere but I am not sure where to start. Thanks for any info

its right behind the fan blower, drop the motor out, the "blades" or whatever you call that piece is attached to the motor, its right behind that. its shaped like a credit card. theres 2 screws that hold it in. for me the first screw was a easy but the second screw, the one behind it was a royal bitch

the resistor is on the passenger side under the dash

his profile says its a 2000, and that is EXACTLY what it all looks like
did YOU personally take that one out?? if so how did you get to the screw in the back?? no one on these forums could tell me how to get to it at the time. i ended up breaking mine in several pieces, and the new one is being held in place by just the front screw
