1995 Doge Neon Turn Signals

I have a 1995 Dodge Neon When using right turn signal it flashes fast I thought a burnt out bulb rear signal does not work changed out bulb still not working Open to any ideas 4 way flashers flash at normal speed but right rear does not work in this case either :confused: Thanks for the help
