my 88 jetta 8 valve 1.8l is flooding. previously the fuel distributor was leaking into the airbox so i put a used one on. now its not leaking but its flooding. i havent done anything else to this car. bought it for $75 heh heh. it will run for about 3 seconds when i pull the fuel relay. i tried swapping the regulator with the one that came on the used distributor setup. same problem.
