my 86 300zx has a coolant leak inside the car. carpet is wet with coolant on the floor passenger side. can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? thanks.

Your heater core is probably bad or one of the hoses on it. Not sure on the z but usually the dash needs to be removed to access it.

Replace the heater core. Have fun. It's a job on most make/models.
