thinking of buying a 1995 civic plz tell me if its worth it

ok this guy wants to trade for my 1994 eclipse gs turbo. the only thing thats wrong with my car is that the timing belt popped. Heres a list of what will be coming with the car because its currently not running but he has the parts to make it run.

my question to you guys is is it worth it. i mean wut am i exactly getting myself into to make it run

I wouldn't do it. Exterior looks beat and clearly needs body work & a paint job. The way the loom is off that engine harness looks like a potential nightmare. Maybe I'm not seeing things clearly, but the coolant passages (or whatever their technical name is) looks milky, like he blew a headgasket or somehow otherwise had oil mixing in his coolant. If that is what I'm seeing, there's no telling if it overheated to an extreme and something is really out of wack. He did bored it out, deck the block, and doesn't have the head; so to me that's an obvious sign of a previous issue. Don't get me wrong, the parts are good and all. I just wouldn't trade my car for someone else's unfinished/unassembled project car. And if your car runs (with a t-belt) and the body is in good condition, then it'd be a downgrade.
