The customer service and integrity of VW of America took a hard blow when they were unable to assist my local dealership in repairing my 2000 Beetle within a reasonable amount of time.
7weeks past before the car was repaired, and they asked me to be patience.

Did they figure out what was wrong with the car?

$3500. later I did finally get car back.
What actually caused problem still remains mystery but a lot of parts were changed.

how many miles? What was wrong when you took it in? My 2001 has been very good to me so far.... but I only have 10,700 miles!
