'05 E-250 Map sensor & EGR code

Hi, new here. Check engine light came on the other day. I checked the code and it came up a map sensor and an egr. Now, the engine is misfiring like a sun of a gun for about the first 20 miles after start up. The check engine light will blink while it's misfiring and will quit after the engine it warmed up.

Does this raise any red flags to anyone?
