The horn.. you might have a wire off in the front of the car..??
Headlight covers... While you got the car in the air checking the horns (1 on each side at the front end) unhook cover motor and use a 12 volt to see if they open or close. If they open or close then its the relay and its somewhere under the dash methinks on a 90 conv... On an 89 theres some sort of panel on the top of the dash... I got this info from a seller on ebay..

This relay is very easy to replace. It is mounted under the top of the dash in the center. Simply pop up the upper dash panel and remove it, remove the two screws that hold the relay in place, disconnect the wiring harness, and perform the installation of the replacement relay in reverse order. It shouldn't take more than five minutes
These relays are $110.00+ from the dealer if you can get one
Good hunting..:evillol:
