Have 95 olds aurora in which the steering wheel controls are inoperable. What could be the problem?

Did you replace the radio. If so it will make the controls inoperable. Same thing happened with my "96 when I replaced the radio.

If it still the factory radio, could just be bad wires somewhere or a blown fuse.
