First of all hello and welcome to this forum.

You're build is already looking very impressive. I like the details around the steering wheel.
And also the engine and especially the exhaust is looking great.

Will you be posting pictures of your other builds (the stock cars) ?

The build does look good so far! I'm not sure if you're saying the 312T3 or Gilles were terrible, either way I think you are misinformed.:screwy: :2cents:

Very nice work. I'm also building the same kit at this time.

Can I ask you what paint you used on the chassis parts to replicate the bare aluminum color?

Man, that engine is sensational! Got a few painting tips for us? Type of paint, application, etc? Just on the struts - I think you're better off using metal tubes, rather than shaving off the plastic springs and trying to reuse the semi-mangled shaft. I think you'll find it's almost easier, quicker and looks better to use metal tubes. Anyway, superb work, just fantastic. Congrats.

I don't know precisely what it is but it looks like it is a killswitch... it appears to be the right size for a hand to pull.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I'm pretty sure you have fitted the rear wing backwards. Either that or I put mine on back to front :(

You're right, the upper element of the rear wing was assembled the wrong way around.

Otherwise a very nice build, especially the beautifully detailed engine.

I follow Tamiya instructions and if you see:

http://i278.photobucket.com/albums/kk103/MihecNI/a-8.jpg

But I should check before I mounted it to the picture reference. I will leave it just the way it is, because I spent to much time to make it to look like this And decails, they are all broken so I won't risk.

Let say that is Italian lapsus:lol2:

The upper green circled piece is the pull handle for the fire extinguisher. It may also include a kill switch.

The lower green circle appears to be part of the fuel system, either a pump or a fuel filter. Hard to tell without a photo from the other side.

I agree, the lower wing element would be more correct if it were reversed.

Excellent work never-the-less!

My bad, it's the lower element that should be installed the other way around! :)

The first photo looks like it could be part of the oil system (breather???). The pipe going in to it look's on the large side for it to be a fuel line? Nice work buy the way....
