Kia Mentor 1997. No power steering

Hi i have a kia mentor 1997 model that does not have power steering. Is it possible to get power steering put in and if so how much would it roughly cost?? And also how much would it cost to put an automatic gear box in, seeing it is a 5 speed manual?
