How do you disconnect/ reconnect the incoming plastic line to the fuel filter?

Welcome to AF. Gotta squeeze the small clips at the end on the tube where it fits onto the filter as you pull back on the line, there are tools for this ,or fiddle thru it with needle nose pliers.
