Vehicle: 1996 caravan

Today as I was driving down the road, I suddenly lost all my power. I managed to pull over but it wouldn't start. My husband came and did manage to get it started finally but now it's misfiring on two cylinders and he says there is no spark to the coil. We have NO idea what is going on. He tried resetting the computer but that didn't help. Any ideas???? This is our ONLY family car.

Are you seeing the Service Engine light? Have you checked for error codes? You can either try the key cycle trick or swing by an AutoZone where they will connect a scanner and read what codes you may have for free.

We need to know which engine you have to help troubleshoot the ignition system. How did he reset the computer?
