Got bored. PICS!!!

I have been wanting to do this for a long time, but forgot about it. Then yesterday I was putting some new 20's on my home boys dakota, and painted the rusty drum brakes black to make it look better. Then while I was in the painting mood, the idea came back to me, so here it is!

Looks good. Kinda redundant, but looks good. You use just regular car paint?

Thanks. Redundant? lol why? I used what was already in my hand, which happened to be Duplicolor engine enamel.

Redundant in that there is already a Mitsu badge just a few inches above it.

That's what I was talking about lol. I think if it was silver or a lighter color it might touch me in the right places just right. Still looks good though.

I saw an FMIC with "MOVE OVER ->" painted in reverse...original, but equally odd.

Why not? I could care less if it comes off or not. And all the controversy over whether painting the entire intercooler will decrease efficiency or not is irrelevent here because, even if it were true, theres not enough surface painted to make a difference.

Personally, I like the clean look of an FMIC. Efficiency wise? Probably not enough to affect temps moving through.
