Under dash dead center (under radio, etc) usually behind a little cover

I am thinking the connector on my 93 leSabre was in the hush panel right next to the steering column. It may have pushed up through the hush panel and was resting on top eventually. I had to squeeze it back into the slot there for it.

It is on the black plastic piece directly below the steering wheel. It is called an ALDL plug. You only need to jump spots A and B to diagnose. (jump-put car in run (NOT start) position and note the light patterns--write them down)
